Health, Safety & Terms of Use

By entering and using The Sauna Village, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

1. Use at Your Own Risk

The use of all facilities, including saunas, plunge pools, jacuzzi, showers and relaxation areas, is undertaken at the guest's own risk. Guests are responsible for using all facilities safely and in accordance with the instructions provided by staff.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

Strictly no persons under the age of 16 years are permitted within The Sauna Village under any circumstances.

3. Medical Conditions

Guests should not use the facilities if they are pregnant (unless medically advised), suffering from cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, dizziness, contagious illness, or any medical condition that may be aggravated by exposure to heat or cold. If in doubt, consult your doctor before use.

4. Personal Responsibility

Guests are responsible for monitoring their own wellbeing while using the facilities. If you feel dizzy, faint, nauseous or unwell, leave the facilities immediately and notify a member of staff.

5. Hot Surfaces

Sauna stoves, heater guards, rocks, flues, pipework and surrounding components become extremely hot and may cause serious burns.

Under no circumstances should any guest touch, interfere with or place any object on any sauna stove, heater, chimney or electrical component.

6. Electrical Equipment

Guests must not touch, operate, tamper with or interfere with any electrical equipment, control panels, plant room equipment, pumps, filters, chillers or maintenance systems.

Only authorised staff members are permitted to operate or access these systems.

7. Slips, Trips & Falls

Wet floors, decking, steps and surrounding areas may become slippery.

Guests are expected to exercise reasonable care while moving throughout the facility.

Appropriate footwear should be worn where required.

8. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

The Sauna Village Co. Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal items left unattended anywhere on the premises.

9. Jewellery & Valuables

Guests are advised not to bring valuable jewellery, watches, cash or electronic devices into the facility.

10. Behaviour

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or immediately remove any person whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, disruptive, intoxicated or likely to place themselves, other guests or staff at risk.

No refunds will be provided where entry is refused or terminated due to inappropriate behaviour.

11. Alcohol & Drugs

Any person believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry or asked to leave immediately.

12. Hygiene

Guests must shower before entering plunge pools or the jacuzzi.

Anyone with open wounds, infectious conditions or contagious illnesses must not use the facilities.

13. Damage to Property

Any deliberate damage to company property may result in the guest being held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

14. Emergencies

Guests must follow all instructions given by staff during an emergency or evacuation.

15. CCTV

CCTV operates throughout public areas of the premises for the safety and security of guests, staff and property.

Acknowledgement

By entering The Sauna Village, guests confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Health & Safety Conditions and accept responsibility for using the facilities safely.
